Okay, firstly, my merit award that is to pay for semester fees last sem, didnt deduct from merit award but from my mom's cpf. I asked, they say its ok, can deduct this sem. So fine, I let it go. Then, they send me official letter saying that my school fees is being deducted from merit award, so I asked if the $100 left could be pay by Psea. I asked the long hair girl, she was so rude. & she's like damn fucking clueless about everything. Im serious. Okay, fine, I once again, decided to forget about it. Then, Ika asked about why her school fees are being deducted by her siblings Psea account. Once again, the girl served her says that it's automatic if your psea acct has enough money.

1st, my psea acct has over 1000 plus, & they didnt do that.

2nd, hello, fucking hell, it's not her psea acct, but her siblings.

Like wtf!? & the best part is, you cant refund the money back to psea acct. At all. What kind of nonsense is this? Okay, this part may be the government's part, so okay, nehmind.

Then, I asked her for the number to check my psea balance cos I wanted to check if it's enough for Shanghai trip. She didnt reply me & wordless looked down & wrote something. So Ika says: "ehm excuse me, she's asking you something" & WTF, she actually stared @ Ika & snapped "yah im writing down the number"

OH MY GOD HOW THE FUCK WOULD I KNOW THAT YOU ARE WRITING DOWN THAT DAMN FUCKING NUMBER, @ LEAST REPLY FOR GOD DAMN SAKE. You should go for service training like seriously.

Then now, they finally deduct from my merit award, & guess what? I received my mom's cpf statement that $2000 is deducted for my school fees this sem. WTF SERIOUSLY? Can you fucking feel my annoyance & anger right now? LIKE FUCK, I DONT NEED DOUBLE DEDUCTION IM POOR ENOUGH ASS, IF I WANT DOUBLE DEDUCTION WHY THE FUCK WOULD I APPLY FOR MERIT AWARD!? Fucking crap.

My head is like bursting with anger, annoyance & alot of vulgarities. Seriously, I had enough crap from them. Im so gonna make a complain tmr. Really. Am gonna make a scene.
